FREEZING AS PART OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS

In industrial production, the target is not simply a low temperature. Freezing time, uniformity and stable throughput across the production shift are equally important.

Depending on the process, the solution may be batch, tunnel-based or continuous. Higher-throughput lines can use spiral freezers or IQF equipment integrated with the plant refrigeration system and automation.
